Sandrine Holt is the daughter of Sandrine Ho. She was born in London on 19 November 1972. The daughter of Chinese parents and French mothers. At the age of five she was able to move to Toronto, Canada, and has considered it her home since then. She began as a Paris catwalk models before deciding to pursue a career as an actress. Annuka was her debut movie role. It was as a character in Black Robe from 1991. In recognition of this performance, she earned an nomination for the Genie Award - the Canadian Oscar.
